via postal mail or fax.
When ordering online, your registration details
will be delivered within 24 hours. Fax orders
will be processed and delivered within 48 hours. Mail
order processing and registration delivery depend
heavily on the location from which payment was shipped. Therefore,
we cannot provide an estimated delivery time for mail orders.
However, all mail orders are fulfilled within 48 hours after
